This modern day Alms housing development comprises 57 homes, lush gardens, and community spaces. Breaking ground as the first Almshouse in Southwark in over 100 years, it addresses the shortage of social housing tailored for older individuals. The futuristic design not only sets it apart but also signifies its commitment to providing genuinely affordable extra-care sheltered homes.
