VI Castle Lane was originally the site of the Kingsway Westminster College building built in 1930’s. The site came with planning consent for demolition of the existing buildings and creation of a new build private residential scheme comprising 28 apartments across 7 floors, 3 townhouses and an underground parking level with 19 secure parking spaces. Construction is now complete.
